1. How do residents buy Land at Cuddles - The resident has to right click on the land they have to buy and use the buy land option.  This buy process pays a weeks rent automatically.  Please contact Cirus Cuddles and inform that you have bought the land and need the rent box setup.

2. Where do tenants pay the Rent for your land - All rents for land renting has to be paid at the Office location of Cuddles Group.  Please use the following link to teleport to the office - http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Bartholber/241/158/1996

3. Policy on Refunds - Cuddles Estate do not have refunding of rent once paid policy.  The tenants can speak to Cirus Cuddles and may exchange plots etc. but will not get any money back by default.

4. Land Exchange - At Cuddles group we do not like our tenants and members leaving us so to make life easier for them, Cuddles group always encourages tenants to move around the estate and see if there is a better option available as per their liking and price comfort.   Tenants can upgrade and downgrade their rental options as per real life limitations.

5. Second Life Account status - To rent with Cuddles Estate the second life residents do not need a premium account.  As the Estate deals with Private Regions and Mainland land options, any resident can rent them.  (unlike private region land, to use mainland land options the tenant has to join the "Cuddles Rentals" group which they get invited to when they pay the rent box on the plot.)

6. Skybox / Platform Rules - Yes tenants can put skyboxes and platforms if they are renting land from the Estate.  This option is unavailable for tenants who rent homes and beach houses etc.  The rule is that all Skyboxes and Platforms have to be put above 1000 meters of  height up in the sky so that they do not show up in long distance photos and make the region look untidy.  We recommend sky platforms are used by tenants so they can keep the lag aspect at the minimum when they use the rentals.
