The Avi Choice Awards is a resident’s choice award program that celebrates the favorite designers, creators, imaginations and talents in our virtual world.

They are Community-Driven Awards: designed to give Second Life’s residents a voice, allowing them to nominate and vote for their favorite individuals and groups in a broad spectrum of categories, that reflect the diverse and creative landscape of Second Life.  The awards serve as a platform to highlight and appreciate the hard work, innovation, and talent of creators and participants within the virtual world.  They focus on the virtual community, celebrating a wide range of talents from art and fashion to music and events, and will culminate in a live awards show to honor the favorites.  The Avi Choice Awards are not about choosing the best, but rather giving  a nod and deserved applause to some old and new favorites.
